APPETIZERS

Taquitos de Papa - Fried taquitos filled with seasoned boiled potatoes blended with a mixture of menonita and asadero cheeses, topped with queso requeson and salsa roja.

Quesadillas - Flour tortilla with menonita and asadero cheeses.  Side of beans salsa fresca and pickled red onions. (Add ons: chicken, flank steak, sautéed mushrooms)

Chiles Toreados - Caribe chilies fried and covered with soy, lime and sea salt Hot and Spicy!

Mushrooms al Ajillo - Fresh white button mushrooms, sautéed in a garlic-guajillo chile butter

Queso Fundido - Blend of two cheeses, asadero and menonita melted to perfection (Add ons: chorizo, salsa verde, sautéed mushrooms)

Guacamole - Hass avocado mixed with xalapeño, white onions, red tomatoes, cilantro topped with roasted pepitas, dried pineapple and queso

Blistered Shishito Peppers - On a soy garlic and mirin sauce with a touch of sriracha, topped with furikake

Mochomos - Crispy fast fried beef, tajin limes, salsa fresca and warm corn tortillas

House Cheese Crisp - House made corn tlacoyo mixed with pepitas, sesame seeds, childe de arbol, guajillo and peanuts, topped with our oaxaca and menonita cheese blend, arugula, and fried crisp shredded beef

SALADS

Asian Salad - Napa cabbage, bok choy, carrots, jicama, red bell peppers, cilantro, sesame seeds and roasted peanuts with a side. of mandarin orange ginger vinaigrette (add ons - salmon in sweet chili sauce)

Spinach & Arugula Salad - Red bell peppers, red onions, walnuts, and dried cranberries with raspberry vinaigrette

Cuitlacoche and Chicken Taco - Shredded chicken, corn truffle, criminology and shiitake mushrooms, roasted corn, onions, tomatoes and jalapeños rolled in corn tacos.  Served on a bed of guacamole and cabbage.  Serviced with a side of salsa tatemada
